Processing & Shipping Procedures

When you place an order, once payment is received allow 48 – 72 hours for processing, then 7–10 days to receive your order not including weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your package tracking number

Your package will be shipped via USPS mail (3-5 business days US) (7-10 business days international)

Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery, if you will not be home at the expected delivery date you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via www.USPS.com

Orders will require that your billing address and shipping address match

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

Refunds cannot be accepted due to the hygienic nature of this product

Once the product has been worn or handled it cannot be resold to another buyer, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns will only be processed if you have received the wrong item. Order cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of original date of purchase and a $25 fee will be deducted


International Orders (7-10 business days via USPS mail)

Please be aware that custom fees may be applied to international orders. Some countries will assess these fees to merchandise that comes from other countries. You as the buyer may be required to pay this fee before the package will be released to you. Also, packages held in customs for inspection may take an additional 1–5 days before you can receive it. It is important that you become familiar with custom regulations where you live.


Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages


Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages and you will not receive a replacement order. Each shipment will receive a tracking number which tracks the progress of your order in real time. We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit, contact the shipping company to report damages.
